WHO WE ARE
Our purpose is to work to ensure that Muslims can live in accordance with Islamic teachings in Norwegian society and contribute to building a Norwegian-Muslim identity. Promote unity among Muslims in Norway and safeguard the rights and interests of member organizations. Be a bridge builder and dialogue partner who creates mutual understanding and respect between Muslims and non-Muslims in Norway, with regard to religion, culture and moral values.

As Norway's largest umbrella and interest organization for Muslims, we consider it our task to inform the wider community about Islam and Muslims. We want to correct misconceptions and make knowledge easily accessible in Norwegian.
