About WIM
World Islamic Mission (WIM) is a Sunni Muslim mosque that seeks to help Norwegian Muslims lead a spiritual life rooted in the Quran, the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the lives and teachings of the scholars. By shedding light on traditional Islamic principles and values, WIM seeks to help Muslims meet the intellectual and practical challenges they face in modern society. In addition, WIM seeks to act as a bridge builder in society by promoting understanding and tolerance between Muslims and non-Muslims on the one hand, and between different Muslim groups on the other.
